Identify the missing part first.
When the charger stops working, the request "needs CD-30" can mean different purchases: base, adapter or agreed set. List the available parts and attach photos of the designations. Then the quotation will respond to the task of restoring a particular place.
If you need an additional charging post, specify this directly. In this case, you can not assume that the network adapter already exists, just because it is on the next table. For each new place you need your own agreed composition.

The catalog image next to the charging base shows a network adapter. This is an illustration of the equipment, not an obligation to put all the items from the photograph. In quotation, the base, adapter and necessary cables must be listed in clear lines.
The exact CD-30 index, equipment markings and compatible batteries are agreed upon before order. A similar connector is not proof of electrical compatibility. Values of voltage, current and polarity are taken from the documentation of specific devices; arbitrary replacement of the adapter in the shape of the plug is not offered.
Replacement at the current workplace
Describe the observed behavior: what part is available, what the indication shows, and what equipment is used. You do not need to declare a faulty database in advance if the cause is not yet established. Separate diagnosis and purchase of a spare set solve different tasks.
When purchasing for several sites, indicate the number of bases and full seats separately. This helps to avoid a situation where there are enough bases in the box, and there is nothing to connect new places. The condition of the former equipment is also indicated before the delivery is agreed.
What to include in the application CD-30
For the calculation, you need complete models of two-way radio and batteries, photos of stored elements, the amount and required composition. Name the city and the recipient. Find out what documents and what kind of completeness check is needed when receiving.
Vertex Standard CD-30 can be purchased on request with the agreed specification. Other chargers are shown as separate directory entries for a different configuration; they are not called a universal replacement CD-30. Current availability and set are confirmed by letter.

The scope of supply is determined by the specification, not by the number of items in the catalog.
Can you choose power supply only by plug?
