Vehicle-mounted station UHF 400-490 MHz, 16 channels, three power stages - High, Mid, Low, up to 45 W on the top. A simple analog machine without a display-frills, designed for rough work.
When 45 watts is really needed

In the city and in a small area, the difference between 25 and 45 W is almost unheard of - there the range is limited by obstacles, not power.
